We are rapidly growing our global business and are seeking for a Warehouse Coordinator to strengthen our logistics team and Supply chain department.

Your role

In this newly created position, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the right goods are available at the right time, enabling production to proceed with minimal disruptions. You'll ensure we stay ahead of upcoming orders through careful planning, efficient allocation, and disciplined data management. The job demands persistence, to ensure both external and internal partners deliver according to agreements.

Your tasks

  • Support our projects with in- and outbound logistics services
  • Coordinate warehouse activities for internal and external production
  • Warehouse re-organization
  • Administration of product locations to/from production
  • Management of packaging materials, including ordering and procurement
  • Planning and and coordinating the daily work for your colleagues
  • Participating in other administrative tasks within the warehouse expedition office
  • Applying lean principles in daily operations

Your profile

This role requires someone who enjoys learning and collaborating with multiple stakeholders. We are seeking a systematic team player who can balance structure with a degree of flexibility. The ideal candidate is resilient and possesses strong planning skills, with a proactive approach to ensuring all tasks are completed thoroughly. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will need to be fluent in both English and Danish, with German proficiency as a plus, as we are in a global environment. A pragmatic and analytical mindset is crucial for effective problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications

We anticipate that you have experience in warehouse and logistics management, along with a strong background in planning and follow-up.

Familiarity with ERP, LEAN, 5S, and the Office suite would be an added advantage.

Candidates must be able to obtain a security clearance by the Danish Defence Intelligence Service. This entails that candidates, as a minimum, have had residency within NATO/EU for the last 7 years.
